Position Overview
As the UK Country Manager, you will be responsible for driving Bybit’s growth, market presence, and operational excellence across the United Kingdom.
You will define the local business strategy, ensuring:
- Sustainable user acquisition
- Revenue growth
- Full regulatory compliance
The ideal candidate must have:
- Extensive experience in the cryptocurrency industry
- Deep understanding of the UK market
- Strong commercial and marketing expertise
- Proven ability to build strategic stakeholder relationships
Key Responsibilities
Market & Growth Leadership
- Develop and execute a UK-specific strategy to drive growth, user acquisition, market penetration, and revenue growth.
- Maintain alignment with global objectives while ensuring operational excellence.

Operational & Stakeholder Management
- Oversee all local business operations, including compliance and regulatory adherence.
- Lead marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, community growth, and strategic partnerships tailored for the UK market.
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- UK regulators
- Financial institutions
- Payment processors
- Industry bodies
- Monitor UK crypto market trends, competitive movements, and regulatory shifts to mitigate risks.
Product & Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Marketing, and Engineering teams to successfully:
- Launch and scale Bybit products in the UK
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Represent Bybit at industry events, conferences, and media engagements to strengthen brand presence.
Team & Performance
- Recruit, lead, and mentor the local team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Track KPIs and business performance, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferable).
- Minimum of 10 years in:
- Business development
- Commercial leadership
- Marketing
- General management
- Industry-specific experience in:
- Cryptocurrency
- Fintech
- Digital assets
- Financial services
Preferred Background
- Prior experience as a Country Manager, Regional Manager, or General Manager in the UK market.
- Strong understanding of:
- UK financial services ecosystem
- Cryptocurrency regulations
- Consumer behavior
- Competitive landscape
Leadership & Business Skills
- Proven success in strategic partnerships and measurable growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
