Role Overview
Reporting to the Country Manager, you'll own Ringover's marketing presence in the UK market. From social content to tradeshows, webinars to partner campaigns — you'll plan and execute the full marketing mix to drive brand awareness and support the sales team.
Your Missions
- Planning: Define marketing priorities and a calendar of actions in line with UK sales and growth objectives.
- Social & Paid Content: Manage Ringover UK's LinkedIn presence with approximately 3 posts per week, and coordinate with the growth team on sponsored content and paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta).
- Events: Own the end-to-end delivery of tradeshows and sponsored events: logistics, stand design, lead capture, budget tracking, and post-event follow-up.
- Webinars: Organize self-hosted and co-hosted webinars from planning to follow-up, including speaker briefing, email campaigns, and replay capture.
- Localisation: Work with the content team to adapt global assets for the UK market.
- Sales Enablement: Create and maintain marketing assets for the sales team.
- Partner Marketing: Co-create content and events with key partners such as Bullhorn, Firefish, and Loxo.

- You've managed marketing autonomously in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- You're comfortable owning both strategy and execution.
- You're organised, proactive, and at ease working cross-functionally with sales, design, and growth teams.
- You're based in or around London.
This Role is Not for You If...
- You prefer to focus on a single channel rather than own the full mix.
- You need a fully built playbook to operate.
- You're not comfortable with fast-moving priorities.
