The goal of Amazon Transportation network is to build a world class middle and last mile operation, exceeding the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible.

We are now looking to hire a passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on and customer-obsessed candidate. The S&OP analyst acts as the lead on demand planning and will form a business partnership with first and middle mile stakeholders and operational Teams ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues to deliver on plan.

You will support the transportation network to improve, and optimize the way parcels are shipped from our fulfilment centres and delivered to our customers. This role will oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of an on-going programs including volume planning, designing and optimizing process improvements across various stakeholders from Fulfilment centres, Amazon Middle Mile services, and delivery station operational teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with good attention to detail, and enjoying working with large-scale data.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience working with databases and SQL
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science, business administration or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting role
