Position Summary
As a Courier at FedEx, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages across assigned routes. This role requires exceptional reliability, strong customer interaction skills, and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and adaptability.
What You Will Do:
- Represent FedEx brand values professionally, extending courteous service to customers while picking up and delivering packages accurately.
- Operate FedEx fleet vehicles confidently, adhering to defined routes in various postcode areas for the timely, safe, and correct delivery of packages.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, legal compliance, and adherence to FedEx Health & Safety policies.
- Maintain impeccable documentation to ensure paperwork accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Criteria:
✔ Be a reliable team player who embodies enthusiasm and a strong customer focus. ✔ Valid full UK driving license (steering & manual preferred; clean Licence Incentive Reward (LIR) score is beneficial). ✔ Eye for detail to ensure paperwork accuracy and accuracy in deliveries. ✔ Adaptable to external driving conditions and varying route demands. ✔ Effective communication skills for handling customer interactions professionally.
Advantageous Qualifications:
✔ 2+ years’ driving experience (especially near-empty commercial vehicles). ✔ Prior courier/commercial driving experience, though not mandatory. ✔ Basic geographical awareness to efficiently navigate delivery routes.
