Position Summary
We are looking for a Courier to join our team in Nottingham. Whether you are fresh from the trade test or have experience, we want to speak to you! As a FedEx courier, you are the face of the business, ensuring parcels are delivered on time to every customer and maintaining service excellence.
Working Hours: 45hrs/week Shift Pattern: To be confirmed Salary: £15.45 per hour, with premia paid for hours worked from 7pm–10pm and 10pm–6am.
What You’ll Do
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collection and delivery of parcels and freight to customers
- Ensuring vehicle and freight security while en route
- Completing multi-drop deliveries
- Performing procedural checks on the vehicle
- Strict adherence to health and safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A full valid Class 1 driving licence, plus:
- Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
- A valid tachograph driver card
- Outstanding customer service skills
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and flexibly
- A clear understanding of driving rules and regulations
