Hours
Permanent, Full Time (45 hours per week) Monday - Friday | 08:30 – 18:00 (30-minute unpaid break)

This role guarantees you’ll play a vital part in enhancing the customer experience at every stage of our logistics process.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect shipments efficiently and punctually.
- Uphold excellent customer service, prioritising satisfaction.
- Plan and optimise routes to meet customer demands.
- Handle shipments safely, adhering to proper manual handling procedures.
- Strict compliance with all operational policies and security protocols.
- Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and maintain high vehicle standards.
- Identify and escalate sales opportunities and potential security breaches.

Success Criteria
✅ Achieve repeatable high customer satisfaction. ✅ Complete time-definite deliveries reliably. ✅ Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills in dynamic environments. ✅ Adapt swiftly to changing routes and business requirements.
Skills & Experience
✔ Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills. ✔ Strong geographical awareness and route optimisation abilities. ✔ Capable of handling physical demands of the role. ✔ Full UK driving license. ✔ Experience in multi-drop courier roles and customer-facing environments highly preferred.
