ACP WORLDWIDE LTD are currently looking to recruit Senior Express Agent within our Express Operations Department, based at HEATHROW AIRPORT.
Salary
- Salary: £30000.00
- Hours: 4 on 4 off Shift pattern 10am to 10pm
- Location: ACP office areas at Courier Facilities Ltd, Building 580/1, Sandringham Road TW6 3SL
Job brief
The Senior Express Agent position's main role is to oversee the operation of express material within a secure facility. In addition, you will be required to undertake computer data capture within our operations office in the same building. Full training will be given on all aspects of our operation. You are expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date data that will be shared and accessed through our in-house system.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the buildup of courier traffic in readiness to dispatch to aircraft.
- Transfer data from paper formats into airline systems
- Alerting the Airlines of final load information
- Liaising with both Customers and Airlines in terms of space and allocations
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Taking in deliveries for our express Products
- Sort, scan and organise paperwork after entering data to ensure that no items are missing
- Assisting within our warehouse operations.
- Dealing with import shipment queries, both from customers and airlines.
- Raising irregularity reports with.
- Updating & maintaining Daily ULD Report.
- Ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the Airline Cargo industry.
- Experience as data entry clerk within the airline industry.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Package (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Good command of English both oral and written and good customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manners
- Ability to manage a small team
- Five years traceable employment & education history
- Provision of a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) to confirm suitability to work within a Secure Building Facility
