What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day as our Courier Support Coordinator
As a Courier Support Coordinator, you’ll be the on‑site champion keeping our Delivery Unit’s running like clockwork. From supporting and guiding couriers to ensuring parcels are ready for collection, you’ll be the steady hand ensuring efficiency, compliance, and reliable service. You’ll oversee daily activity, tackle issues before they escalate, and keep the operation flowing seamlessly—so our customers get the great experience they expect.
Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding of new couriers and allocate work effectively.
- Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and ensure compliance throughout the process.
- Address local issues such as late couriers, scanning delays, or missing parcels before escalating.
- Use the Service Tracker to raise timely, transparent escalations when needed.
- Support couriers with manifests, routing, and operational queries.
- Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.

- A current UK driving licence.
- Solid understanding of the self-employed courier model.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused operational environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to spot and escalate risks quickly.
