About The Role
ERPTOREN is looking for a confident and professional Course Advisor to support individuals interested in SAP training courses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, understanding their career goals, building trust, and guiding learners toward the right SAP module or training pathway.
You will manage the learner journey from first enquiry through to completed registration, including follow-up, CRM updates, SAP course guidance, and payment-step support.

Choosing the right SAP module can be an important career decision. As a Course Advisor, you will help learners understand their options, choose the most suitable SAP training path, and complete their registration smoothly and confidently.
What You’ll Do
- Contact new and existing leads who are interested in SAP training courses.
- Understand each learner’s background, career goals, training needs, and urgency.
- Recommend the most suitable SAP module or course pathway based on the learner’s situation.
- Guide learners through the full registration journey, including payment steps.
- Follow up consistently and professionally until registration is complete.
- Keep all lead and learner information accurate in ERPTOREN’s custom CRM system.
- Upload, update, and manage lead details from online lead sources when required.
- Communicate with learners through phone, email, LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
- Maintain clear notes on learner conversations, status, next steps, and outcomes.
- Build trust through excellent communication, active listening, and professional guidance.
- Handle questions, concerns, and objections in a calm and solution-focused way.
- Support existing learners or community members by introducing relevant next-step SAP training options where appropriate.

What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in a course advisory, training consultation, education, admissions, customer success, recruitment, or client-facing role.
- Advanced or fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to guide learners toward confident decisions.
- A consultative approach to understanding needs and recommending suitable options.
- Confidence managing enquiries, follow-ups, registrations, and payment-step conversations.
- Experience using CRM systems and keeping lead information accurate.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams and Outlook in a professional environment.
- Good understanding of UK client expectations and professional communication standards.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and follow-up discipline.
- Ability to create trust quickly and communicate in a warm, credible, and professional way.

Preferred Qualifications
- UK-based candidates are preferred.
- Turkish language skills are an advantage.
- Experience in SAP training, IT training, career advisory, professional education, or certification programmes.
- Basic understanding of SAP modules or willingness to learn ERPTOREN’s SAP training portfolio quickly.
- Experience supporting B2C learners or individual course buyers.
- Familiarity with online lead sources, including Meta lead forms.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional communication and learner engagement.
Location / Work Model
This is a remote role and can be performed from anywhere. UK-based candidates are preferred because the role requires an understanding of UK learner expectations, communication style, and local training requirements.
Compensation
ERPTOREN offers a competitive market-rate salary with an attractive overall compensation package. The role may also include performance-related bonuses linked to completed registrations, learner engagement quality, and consistent follow-up performance.
Final salary and bonus details will be discussed during the recruitment process and confirmed in line with company policy.
