Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Course Consultant to join our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through our educational programmes, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless enrolment process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help young students achieve their learning goals while developing your own skills in sales and client relations. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a proactive attitude towards customer engagement.
Duties
- Engage with prospective students to understand their educational needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Conduct personalised consultations to explain programme benefits and answer any queries.
- Manage the enrolment process efficiently, including handling paperwork and digital documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and follow-up.
- Promote courses via various channels, including social media.
- Organise schedules for trail lessons and coordinate with tutors as required.
- Drive outreach initiatives to attract new students, including attending events or visiting potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, enrolments, and client feedback using organisational tools.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or consultancy roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Competent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
- Knowledge of the education sector or training programmes is advantageous but not essential.
