Course Executive, Senior Associate – 12m FTC

About The Role

The role sits within a global professional services firm supporting clients across audit, tax, consulting, risk and deals. The People Function collaborates with stakeholders to deliver the people strategy, improving employee experience and business performance. Within this, the Learning Implementation & Reporting team oversees end-to-end delivery of learning programmes, including logistics, supplier coordination, systems and performance tracking. The Programmes – Implementation Senior Associate partners with Course Managers and wider stakeholders to translate programme requirements into clear implementation plans. They actively drive delivery activities to ensure learning programmes are executed effectively, consistently and to a high standard.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Provide expert advice on logistics and effective use of our LMS, ensuring learners can access the correct training when needed and resolving key access, availability and configuration issues within Cornerstone
  • Manage learning data ensuring materials, access and records are accurate and up to date
  • Work closely with Course Managers and stakeholders, resolving queries and keeping delivery on track
  • Adapt to shifting priorities, supporting a variety of implementation tasks as team and business needs evolve

  • You have excellent project management, time & organisational skills
  • You possess strong numerical and analytical skills with an intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • You are goal-oriented, maintaining focus on agreed objectives and deliverables
  • You have a proven ability to self-motivate and work independently, as well as a track record of working professionally and collaboratively as part of a wider team across cultures and time zones
  • You can communicate confidently and effectively, both in written and verbal form, while building and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders
