🐾 We're Hiring: Course Manager/Lecturer – Veterinary Nursing (0.6 FTE) 📍 Gateshead Campus
Looking to combine your veterinary expertise with a rewarding career in education? We're seeking an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) or MRCVS professional to join our Veterinary Nursing team at Gateshead Campus on a 0.6 FTE (part-time) basis.
About the role
You'll deliver inspiring Veterinary Nursing teaching while supporting the management of our programmes, ensuring students receive an exceptional learning experience and are equipped for successful careers within the profession.

What you'll be doing
- Deliver engaging teaching and assessment.
- Support the management and quality of Veterinary Nursing programmes.
- Encourage student achievement and progression.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, employers and university partners.
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement.
- Help shape the next generation of veterinary nurses.
We're looking for
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent).
- RVN registration or MRCVS membership.
- Strong clinical veterinary nursing experience.
- Leadership or project management experience.
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one).
- A student-centred approach and excellent communication skills.
