Public Services Course Team Leader

As a Public Services Course Team Leader you will demonstrate the ability to deliver outstanding teaching and learning as well as a destination focused experience that will enable our public services students to succeed in the ever-changing world of work. In addition, you will be required to maintain and develop course management to ensure the academic and holistic support of the students, enriching their experience using data to support you.

The successful candidate will have direct experience in at least one of the key uniformed services and preferably hold a relevant degree. You will deliver student success through effective curriculum and lesson planning which meets individual learner needs as well as the expectations of employers and manage each student in their journey through their qualification.

Our Public Service courses offer learners a wide range of opportunities to explore and understand the various employment prospects within our uniformed services and demonstrate an understanding of the demands and expectations that come with such careers.
