🌟 Senior Associate – Court of Protection Hybrid | Court of Protection Team | Higgs LLP Are you an experienced Court of Protection lawyer looking to step into a senior role where you can make a real difference? At Higgs, we are growing our Court of Protection team and are looking for a Senior Associate to lead on complex, meaningful work supporting vulnerable clients and their families.
The Role You’ll manage a varied caseload including: Property & financial affairs and (where relevant) health & welfare matters Deputyship applications, contested matters, and statutory wills Ongoing administration of deputyships and reporting You will work closely with deputies, attorneys, trustees, and families, providing clear, compassionate advice. Build strong relationships with clients and professionals Mentor and support junior team members Contribute to business development and team growth Deliver excellent client care and uphold compliance standards
