Location: Central London Salary: £55k-£65k Hours: Hybrid Firm: Top Tier Legal 500 firm
A Top Tier Legal 500 firm is seeking multiple Court of Protection solicitors to join their highly regarded Court of Protection team, where they will work on diverse dementorship (deputyship) matters. This advanced team specializes in high-value cases involving HNW (high-net-worth) clients, maintaining an outstandingCL ranking in both Chambers and Legal 500.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting Court of Protection applications and assisting with deputyship applications (with strong mentorship)
- Collaborating closely with senior solicitors and partners on Court of Protection-related matters, including those involving HNW and UHNW clients
- Supporting the development and day-to-day operations of the Private Client Team
- Contributing to client acquisition and marketing projects
Desired Skills & Experience
✅ Established track record at a reputable law firm ✅ Experience in financial Court of Protection matters (these solicitors will be open to candidates also qualified on the health & welfare side) ✅ Ability to deliver precise, deadline-driven work with meticulous attention to detail ✅ Confident client-facing interactions (including with colleagues and external parties)
