Your Role
Advise family members, care providers and professionals on Court of Protection matters under the Mental Capacity Act Support vulnerable adults, children and elderly clients Manage financial affairs, health and welfare, deputyships and trustee matters Visit clients in care settings and at home if required

What You Will Need
To be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE Experience handling court of protection matters Candidate with more general private client experience to include Court of protection are very welcome to apply
