Court of Protection - Principal Associate - Manchester
The team is seeking an exciting opportunity to join a growing national firm, developing the Court of Protection department. Ideal candidate will work alongside specialist fee earners, engaging in a meaningful and diverse caseload.
Summary
- Job Title: Principal / Managing Associate
- Location: Manchester
- Salary: Up to £78,000 DoE (Dependent on Experience)
- Required Experience: Working with a Court of Protection caseload and Property & Affairs matters

- Managing high-value Court of Protection matters
- Developing junior fee earners, nurturing their growth within the team
- Client visits to their homes for initial assessments and ongoing support
- Liaising with:
