The role: Taking the wheel at Hertz
What You’ll Be Doing
Acknowledge all customers that board the bus, assist with luggage, establish terminal required and ask customers for relevant paperwork. Provide excellent customer service to all customers Present the correct image of Hertz at all times. Obey the highway code at all times. Obey Health & Safety procedures and regulations. Refuel the Courtesy Bus according to fuel handling procedures. Ensure the Courtesy Bus is kept tidy and has a professional appearance. Complete any relevant paperwork in line with Company Audit and Department of Transport standards. Bring any defect or damage on the bus to the attention of your Team Leader or Transport Manager. Follow the designated route around the terminals.

What You’ll Need
Good written and verbal communication skills. Minimum 2 years PCV cat.D1 driving experience. Must have a CPC Customer service experience Must have at least 2 solid years of experience working as a Bus Drive
