Courts and Tribunals Officer, PHOENIX COMMUNITY HOUSING

Income Recovery Specialist – Phoenix Community Housing

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced income recovery specialist who must demonstrate:

  • Clear and effective communication with empathy
  • Robust experience in service charge and rent recovery
  • A solid understanding of regulatory requirements for rent and service charge setting

This role involves frequent representation in Court and First-tier Tribunal as our company’s representative whilst supporting residents to reach reasonable repayment agreements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing evictions in line with our established procedures
  • Writing reports and maintaining accurate statistical/performance information (KPIs)
  • Proactively addressing and investigating complaints, sharing feedback with the Income Manager
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
