Income Recovery Specialist – Phoenix Community Housing
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced income recovery specialist who must demonstrate:
- Clear and effective communication with empathy
- Robust experience in service charge and rent recovery
- A solid understanding of regulatory requirements for rent and service charge setting
This role involves frequent representation in Court and First-tier Tribunal as our company’s representative whilst supporting residents to reach reasonable repayment agreements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing evictions in line with our established procedures
- Writing reports and maintaining accurate statistical/performance information (KPIs)
- Proactively addressing and investigating complaints, sharing feedback with the Income Manager
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail

- Proven track record in income recovery
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a strong team player
