We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to supervise and support students engaged in learning activities during the short term absence of teachers.
Role Overview
The first priority will be maths and English and then vocational and wider learning subjects, including enrichment. When cover is not required, you will be required to chase non-attendance, complete registers checks, support with trips and visits, and supervise learner interventions both 1:1 and in small groups.

Required Skills and Experience
- Experience of supporting students.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Maintain accuracy and quality of outcomes at all times.
Additional Duties
- Work alongside the team and on your own initiative as required.
- Continuously update your professional development.
- Undertake training in the use of learner administration systems, college procedures, and legislative compliance in relation to duties undertaken.
