Cleaner – Frontline Role
About the Role
Carlisle Support Services is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our Cleaning team, supporting our prestigious clients. We offer full training, career development, and all the support needed to succeed.
Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- General cleaning duties (offices, meeting rooms, toilets, corridors, public areas)
- Measuring and scoping cleaning work during shifts
- Litter picking on platforms, car parks, and public spaces
- Cleaning window frames, glazing, signage, seats, and surfaces
- Sweeping floors (including platforms, entrances)
- Emptying bins and waste removal

Requirements & Qualifications
To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and develop
- Be reliable, flexible, and professional in appearance and demeanour
- Have motivation and enthusiasm for delivering excellent service
- Preferable if you have previous cleaning experience or team-based work experience
- Strong people skills for positive client and customer interaction
- Capable of working in all weather conditions
- (Optional) UK driving licence
Note: Successful candidates must provide original documentation for screening and vetting (e.g., passport, driving licence, utility bill, HMRC letter, or valid share code).
