Cover Receptionist

Department: Temporary Cover Receptionist

Employment Type: Zero Hours

Location: Bristol (Covering Bristol and Cardiff)

Compensation: £14.24 per hour (including holiday)

Role Overview

You are looking for a dynamic and flexible role that allows you to showcase your exceptional reception skills? Look no further! We are currently seeking a Front of House Reception – Mobile Cover Representative to join our team.

As a Front of House Reception – Mobile Cover Representative, you will provide professional and flexible reception cover when our permanent representatives are absent. Your positive attitude, flexibility, and proactive approach will ensure a seamless and welcoming environment for our clients and tenants.


Key Responsibilities

Reception Cover & Client Experience

  • Provide seamless temporary reception cover, taking ownership of reception duties.
  • Be the welcoming first point of contact by greeting and managing visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Represent key stakeholders with knowledge, positivity, and professionalism.
  • Ensure effective handling of couriers, deliveries, and post.
  • Conduct general administration tasks as required.
  • Submit weekly reports on site activities.

Building Management & Operations

  • Develop effective relationships with clients, agents, and contractors.
  • Maintain an impeccably presented reception area at all times.
  • Keep vacant spaces pristine and ready for viewings.
  • Collaborate with property and facilities managers to ensure contractor efficiency.
  • Implement the correct processes for reporting and resolving issues.
  • Prioritise building security protocols.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Tenant Experience

  • Study the local amenities file in site notes to understand the area.
  • Be aware of the site's added-value/promotional events and support them when needed.
