Lunchtime Cover Receptionist

Compensation: £13,504 per year
Our centre of London is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Cover Receptionist to support us during lunchtime hours across multiple office locations. If you love customer service, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can adapt to moving between buildings, this role could be perfect for you.
You’ll maintain professional standards, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and ensure a seamless experience for visitors, tenants, and stakeholders when permanent representatives take a break.
Hours & Salary
- Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 2:45 PM
- Compensation: £13,504 in The City, London
Key Responsibilities
Front of House Reception
- Provide seamless, temporary reception cover, meeting clients’ and tenants’ expectations
- Handle visitor management, ensuring a welcoming and professional greeting
- Directly represent key stakeholders with a knowledgeable and friendly approach
- Effectively manage couriers, post, and deliveries
- Perform general administrative tasks

Building Management
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, agents, and contractors
- Maintain the reception area and vacant spaces in impeccable condition
- Collaborate with property and facilities teams to ensure contractors adhere to designated duties
- Report and resolve issues through proper channels
- Prioritise building security and demonstrate proactive problem-solving
- Support any promotional events or additional tenant experiences
Additional Tenant Experience Requirements
- Study and reference the local amenities file in site notes for area context
- Remain aware of site-specific benefits or promotions and assist as needed

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
