About The Role
Do you have the confidence to lead a classroom and a genuine passion for working with young people? Whether you're exploring a future in teaching or seeking a fulfilling role in education, becoming a Cover Supervisor is a fantastic way to make a real impact. In this role, you'll deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the teacher, manage classroom behaviour, and help maintain a positive and focused learning environment. You'll support students in staying engaged and on task, working across various subjects and year groups—making each day different, dynamic, and rewarding.

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a school or working with young people is a plus—but not essential
