Cover Supervisor (Salary Grade E – Pro Rata, £20,681.88 to £29,064 FTE)
Location: Lincoln Castle Academy (Lincoln, Cathedral City) Hours: 32.5 hours per week (term-time only + 5 days attendance over 39 weeks) Contract: Permanent, part-time Start Date: September 2026
About the Role
Lincoln Castle Academy is seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join our school community. This is a part-time, permanent role focused on supporting pupil learning, behaviour, and classroom standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision of pupil learning within the academy
- Assist students with set activities, responding to questions and guiding their work
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and contribute to a safe and orderly classroom environment
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth daily operations, particularly during cover duties (absences, periods, or breaks)
