About the Role
Academics are currently recruiting for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to work as a Cover Supervisor within secondary schools across the Scunthorpe area. This is a temporary and flexible role, ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a Cover Supervisor in the absence of the class teacher
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring classroom continuity
- Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in education or working with young people is desirable
- Flexibility to work on a short-term or day-to-day basis as a Cover Supervisor
- A genuine interest in education and supporting student development
