Classroom Cover Supervisor No Planning or Marking

Position: Full-Time / Flexible (Term Time Only)

Salary: GBP 90 - GBP 120 per day (Weekly Pay)

Your Role as a Classroom Lead

As a Cover Supervisor, you are the steady hand that ensures high-quality learning continues in the teacher’s absence.

  • Facilitate Learning: Deliver pre-set lesson plans across various subjects (KS3 and KS4), ensuring students remain engaged and on-task.
  • Manage the Environment: Utilise your natural leadership skills to maintain a calm, productive, and safe classroom atmosphere.
  • Liaise with Faculty: Provide concise feedback to departments regarding student progress and behaviour during the session.
  • Professional Presence: Act as a role model, upholding the school’s values and safeguarding standards at all times.
