The Role: What You'll Do
As a Cover Supervisor, No Two Days Are The Same. You Will Be The Steady Hand That Keeps The Classroom Moving Forward By
- Delivering engaging lessons planned by the class teacher during their absence.
- Keeping pupils focused, motivated, and inspired to learn.
- Managing classroom behavior effectively, in line with the school's policy.
- Lending a helping hand with lunch and break duties when needed.
- Prioritising student well-being by reporting any safeguarding concerns to the SENCO.

What We're Looking For
If You Have a Passion For Learning And a Positive Attitude, We Want To Hear From You. To Be Successful, You Will Need
- A Bachelor's degree (in any subject).
- Previous experience working in education or a similar youth-facing role (highly advantageous).
- An Enhanced Child DBS check (or a willingness for one).
- EWC registration.
