As a Cover Supervisor, you'll manage classrooms and support students without the burden of lesson planning or grading. Responsibilities: ✅ Step up with enthusiasm to deliver lively and engaging lesson plans when the primary teacher is away. ✅ Foster a supportive and uplifting learning environment through outstanding classroom management skills. ✅ Inspire and motivate students on their educational path, encouraging active participation. ✅ Create a safe and welcoming space for every learner. ✅ Adhere to school policies and procedures, with a strong focus on essential safeguarding measures. ✅ Share insightful feedback on lessons and student development with the teaching staff. ✅ Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in various classroom settings and subjects as needed.
