About This Role
Cover Supervisor
Term Time Plus 5 Additional Days
Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours per week
Scale 11 - Actual annual salary: £25,230.00 (0.87% FTE)
We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic, with a positive and proactive approach to supporting students and the wider school community. They will be adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to respond confidently to the changing demands of a busy secondary school environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills are essential
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work independently when required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to promoting a positive learning environment
- Maintaining high expectations of behaviour
- Ensuring students remain engaged with their learning in the absence of their regular teacher
