- Salary Range: £20,047.32 – £20,943.21 p.a (actual salary)
Working Pattern
- 32 hours per week (Monday to Friday, term-time only)
- +3 extra days per year

This Cover Supervisor position at Outwood Academy Ripon provides the opportunity to:
- Supervise whole classes during teacher absences
- Implement learning programmes under the guidance of teaching staff
- Maintain a positive, constructive working environment
- Support continuity of learning across diverse subjects
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Demonstrate excellent motivational skills with students
- Have a track record of handling classrooms independently
- Can maintain high standards with clear, effective guidance
- Embrace collaboration to support both students and teaching staff
