The Role

No two days are ever the same, making this a varied and rewarding opportunity. You will:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
  • Maintain a positive learning environment and keep students on task
  • Adapt quickly to changing situations with confidence and professionalism
  • Work collaboratively with staff to support continuity of learning

What We're Looking For

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, plus a Level 3 qualification
  • Strong classroom management skills and a calm, confident communication style
  • The ability to engage, motivate, and challenge students
  • Excellent organisational skills, adaptability, and resilience
  • Experience in de-escalation techniques and a commitment to professional development
  • Ideally, experience in a care, education, or pastoral role
  • Above all, reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
