Dynamic and Flexible Cover Supervisor – Join Our Team
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Cover Supervisor to support our team by delivering lessons, providing supervision, and assisting students while teaching staff are unavailable.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Deploying effective classroom management skills
- Helping students achieve their lesson objectives with tailored support
- Offering backup for the wider faculty when teaching staff are unavailable

- Experience working with students in an educational or service environment
- Minimum qualification of 3 GCSEs at grade C or above (including Maths and English)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage classroom behaviour and maintain focus
- The ability to prioritise, plan, and deliver lessons efficiently while identifying further support needs
