Cover Supervisor – Pimlico, Westminster – September 2026
Are you a confident Cover Supervisor looking to gain school-based experience in Pimlico, Westminster?

Cover Supervisor | Key Details
- £90-135 per day PAYE, depending on experience
- Full-time, term-time only role
- September 2026 start
- Based in Pimlico, Westminster
- Excellent experience before teacher training
- Supportive staff team and clear school routines
Cover Supervisor | The Role
- Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4 when teachers are absent
- Deliver pre-planned work and keep pupils on task
- Manage behaviour in line with the school’s policies
- Support a broad range of pupils in a busy, real school environment
- Work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and senior leaders
- Assist with general classroom support when cover is not required

Cover Supervisor | Candidate Requirements
- Degree preferred, but strong school experience also considered
- Previous tutoring, coaching, mentoring or youth work experience desirable
- Confident leading a classroom and setting clear expectations
- Calm, firm and professional approach to behaviour management
- Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Reliable, proactive and able to commit for the full academic year
