OES Group is expanding its service delivery team and is looking for a skilled CP Technician to support cathodic protection projects across our international portfolio. What you'll be doing:

  • 🌊 Offshore wind service works: Carrying out inspection, survey, and maintenance of cathodic protection systems on offshore wind infrastructure, working as part of a wider service team on client sites
  • βš“ Vessel and inshore service works: Delivering CP inspections and interventions on vessels and inshore/marine structures, including hull surveys and anode assessments
  • πŸ’» Technical support: Acting as a point of contact for clients and internal teams on CP-related queries, helping troubleshoot issues on site and remotely
  • πŸ“ Report writing: Producing clear, accurate inspection and survey reports following each project, capturing findings and recommendations for clients
  • πŸ“‹ Technical document review: Reviewing technical documentation and drawings relevant to CP scopes of work, checking for accuracy and compliance before projects proceed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
