Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to join a major infrastructure project on the Lower Thames Crossing in Tilbury, RM18.
All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on one of the UK's largest civil engineering projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 360 Excavator on a busy civil engineering site.
- Carry out excavation, grading, trenching, and backfilling works.
- Load Dumpers and other plant with materials as required.
- Work around live services and existing infrastructure safely and efficiently.
- Undertake lifting operations where appropriately qualified and authorised.
- Carry out daily pre-start checks and report any defects immediately.
- Work closely with site management and groundworkers to ensure works are completed safely and on programme.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.

Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator qualification.
- Previous experience operating 360 excavators on large civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of excavation safety and working around underground services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high safety standards.
- Full PPE required.
