Groundworker Opportunity in Ollerton, Newark-on-Trent
Teamforce Labour is currently seeking an experienced Groundworker with CPCS or NPORS Dumper & Roller qualifications for an immediate start in Ollerton, Newark-on-Trent, NG22.
About the Role

You will be working with an experienced site team, you will carry out a variety of groundworks duties while operating Dumper and Roller machinery to support daily site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out all aspects of general groundworks
- Safely operating a Forward Tipping Dumper and Ride-on Roller as required
- Assisting with site preparation and finishing works
- Supporting plant operators and the wider site team
- Conducting daily plant checks and reporting any defects
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with site health, safety, and environmental procedures

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS (CSCS Affiliated) Forward Tipping Dumper qualification
- Valid CPCS or NPORS (CSCS Affiliated) Ride-on Roller qualification
- Previous experience working as a Groundworker on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Good understanding of site health and safety procedures
- Full PPE
- Two recent work references
- Up-to-date CV
- Own transport is preferred due to the site location
