Teamforce Labour is actively seeking highly skilled and experienced Tractor Operators with a HGV Class 1 Licence for an immediate start on Lower Thames Crossing in East Tilbury, Essex, RM18.

Key Responsibilities
- Operating an articulated tractor efficiently and safely on a busy civil engineering site.
- Conducting daily checks and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Transporting materials in compliance with HGV regulations.
- Must be able to tow a long dropbed trailer.
- Supporting ground operations when not driving.
- Adhering strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience operating tractors in a construction or civil engineering setting.
- A valid Blue CPCS or NPORS (CSCS Affiliated) Articulated Tractor card.
- A Full Clean UK Driving Licence with HGV Class 1.
- A Safety Critical Medical.
- Two professional references.
- Proven reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
