Job Title: CPD and Partnerships Coordinator

Location: Metanoia Institute, 13 North Common Road, W5 2QB (Ealing, London)

Team: Research and Knowledge Exchange

Salary: £24,000 (Pro-rata against £30,000)

Contract type: Permanent (0.8 FTE)

Hours per week: 28

Working pattern: Four days a week

About This Role

We are seeking a CPD & Partnerships Coordinator to support the development and delivery of CPD programmes and develop relationships with partners across healthcare, education, and community sectors.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate CPD courses and short programmes from planning to delivery
  • Support development of new CPD aligned to professional need
  • Build relationships with NHS, education, and sector partners
  • Support externally funded and partnership programmes
  • Manage programme logistics, systems, and reporting
  • Assist with budgeting, marketing, and outreach activity

About You

  • Experience in programme coordination, partnerships, or stakeholder engagement
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused
