About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned CPG & Retail Domain Expert – Strategy Consulting Partner to join our leadership team in the UK. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail consulting practice, driving business growth, and delivering transformative solutions for our clients. The role demands deep domain expertise, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in solving complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership & Business Growth: Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level stakeholders in the CPG & Retail industry. Drive business development in partnership with the commercial team through domain-led consulting, solutioning, and proposals. Build and expand client relationships to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
- Domain & Strategy Expertise: Leverage in-depth understanding of CPG & Retail trends, including retail transformation, e-commerce acceleration, digital supply chain, sustainability, and changing consumer behaviours. Guide clients in shaping their digital and operational transformation strategies. Provide thought leadership through whitepapers, industry POVs, and client workshops.
- Delivery Excellence: Oversee consulting engagements ensuring high-quality, impactful outcomes. Partner with cross-functional teams (analytics, technology, operations) to design and deliver integrated solutions. Mentor and develop consulting teams to build CPG & Retail domain expertise.

Required Skills & Experience
- Industry Expertise: 12–18 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail sector, with at least 6+ years in consulting.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of areas such as category management, trade promotions, supply chain optimization, route-to-market, e-commerce, demand forecasting, customer analytics, and digital marketing.
- Consulting Experience: Proven track record of leading client engagements, business transformation programmes, and large consulting teams.
- Business Acumen: Strong commercial orientation with the ability to build, scale, and grow client accounts.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at the executive level.
- Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a reputed institution preferred.
