What Will You Be Doing?
The Liquid AI Team is looking for someone who is passionate about leveraging data, analytics, and AI to help clients solve critical business questions more effectively and efficiently with Circana Brainwaves. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brainwave Designer to join our team, specializing in utilizing your subject-matter expertise and understanding of business issues clients face to design future Brainwaves that help our clients with key business challenges.
As a Liquid AI Brainwave Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing blueprints for capabilities that transform raw data into actionable insights and compelling narratives to drive better business decisions in the most efficient way possible for our clients.
Responsibilities
Core Accountabilities
- Design Future Circana Brainwaves: Accountable for creating new Circana Brainwaves that support and drive future commercial growth.
- Translate Complex Problems into Solutions: Ensure Brainwave designs address the right problems, effectively integrate insights, and optimize decision-making processes for decision-makers.
- Leverage Data Assets & Solutions: Determine the best mix of Circana’s data assets (including third-party or client-specific data) and Circana Solutions to solve specific business questions.
- Deep Data Analysis & Insights: Develop Brainwaves that efficiently analyze and interpret data, delivering impactful insights for business outcomes.
- Develop AI Prompts: Craft strong, robust AI prompts that drive accurate and actionable analysis, enabling Brainwaves to provide meaningful recommendations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and client stakeholders to align designs with business needs and ensure commercially viable solutions.

Requirements
Essential Experience
- Insights Professional: Substantial experience as a data-driven insights analyst or consultant, with expertise in analyzing and interpreting data to solve business problems. Expected to take on more than the “usual” role and drive innovation.
- Circana Data & Tools Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Circana’s data assets (e.g., Unify reporting creation) and experience designing data visualizations for business impact.
- Innovative Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze data creatively and propose innovative, basis-based solutions using Quantitative Analysis Techniques. Strong innate curiosity and analytical mindset.
- Technology & AI Enthusiasm: Must be open to adopting new technologies and tools. Eagerness to explore generative AI and LLM applications.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Ability to build trust with internal teams and clients, delivering high-value insights and expertise.
- Results-Driven Engagement: Proven history of collaborating with clients, understanding their needs, and working to achieve measurable success.
- Clear Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to explain complex data insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities and experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Llama/LLMs, or similar generative AI platforms.
