CPS Service Coordinator – Kendal, England
Anord Mardix – A Flex company, a global leader in critical power solutions, seeks a proactive and organised CPS Service Coordinator based in Kendal, England.
About the Role

The CPS Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth service operations, coordinating activities, managing customer requirements, and facilitating seamless communication between teams, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Every day brings varied and impactful tasks, including:
- Processing customer and subcontractor orders
- Managing the CPS works calendar and scheduling service visits
- Report writing and site work analysis
- Ordering parts and consumables as needed
- Arranging site access for engineers and conducting site briefings
- Managing fault calls and warranty issues
- Updating CPS systems and fulfilling other operational duties

What We Are Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in service coordination, administration, or operational support
- Strong team player with a positive and proactive approach
- Highly organised, with ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders (internal and external)
- Customer-focused mindset with a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Eligibility to work legally in the UK
Desirable Benefits
