OFH Care provides specialist case management and CQC-regulated care for children and adults with complex needs following life-changing injuries.
We're looking for an experienced CQC / Clinical Compliance Manager to lead our quality and governance systems, maintain inspection readiness, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. This role would suit someone with experience in compliance, governance or CQC regulation, including Compliance Managers, Quality Managers, Deputy Managers and Registered Managers looking to specialise in organisational quality and continuous improvement.
Alongside leading compliance and quality across the organisation, you'll work closely with our specialist brain injury case management team. Depending on your qualifications and professional background, there will also be opportunities to develop into an Assistant Case Manager or Case Manager role over time.

What You'll Do
- Lead internal audits and quality assurance reviews.
- Maintain CQC compliance and inspection readiness.
- Oversee governance systems, policies and compliance records.
- Manage staff compliance, including DBS, Right to Work, mandatory training, supervision, appraisals and professional registrations.
- Support safer recruitment and onboarding compliance.
- Produce compliance reports and monitor improvement actions.
- Drive continuous quality improvement across the organisation.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to our specialist case management team.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working within a CQC-regulated health or social care service.
- Strong knowledge of CQC compliance, governance and quality assurance.
- Experience carrying out audits and producing compliance reports.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to identify and implement improvements.
- Experience as a Compliance Manager, Quality Manager, Deputy Manager or Registered Manager would be highly advantageous.
