Role Overview

The CQC Registered Manager will provide clinical leadership, governance, and operational oversight to ensure the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of ADHD and Autism assessment services across NHS and private contracts. The post holder will lead quality assurance, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the organisation's CQC Registered Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards, NICE guidance, and NHS requirements.
  • Lead clinical governance, audits, safeguarding, and risk management.
  • Oversee the delivery of ADHD and Autism assessment services.
  • Develop and review clinical policies and procedures.
  • Lead investigations, complaints, and incident management.
  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and staff appraisals.
  • Support service mobilisation, contract delivery, and NHS tender opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with NHS Trusts and commissioners.

  • Registered RMN, RGN, or Allied Health Professional with active registration.
  • Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience as a CQC Registered Manager or in a senior governance role.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, NHS pathways, and NICE guidance.
  • Experience leading ADHD and Autism assessment services.
  • Proven leadership, governance, and operational management experience.
