Job Title
A leading care provider in London is looking for an ambitious, experienced Registered Manager to take on one of their flagship CQC-registered services. Your Impact
As Registered Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the service's day-to-day excellence and long-term direction:
- Taking full ownership of quality, compliance and outcomes - with the autonomy to run things your way.
- Building and leading a high-calibre team, with a strong focus on coaching, retention and professional development.
- Championing CQC excellence, aiming for and sustaining Outstanding-level practice.
- Ensuring every individual's care plan is genuinely personalised, ambitious and reviewed regularly.
- Leading on recruitment, supervision and performance management across the staff team.
- Driving a robust audit, governance and continuous improvement cycle, with clear reporting to senior leadership.
- Acting as the trusted face of the service for families, commissioners, professionals and regulators alike.
- Setting the tone on safeguarding, risk management and a genuinely open, learning culture.
- Sharing a manageable on-call rota with senior colleagues.

Requirements
Essential:
- Demonstrable success as a CQC Registered Manager, ideally within a complex or high-acuity setting.
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Deep, practical knowledge of CQC's regulatory framework and inspection process.
- Strong commercial awareness alongside genuine clinical/care leadership.
- Excellent stakeholder management - comfortable engaging confidently with families, commissioners and regulators.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.

Desirable:
- A track record of achieving or sustaining Outstanding CQC ratings.
- Experience managing larger or more complex services (higher acuity, larger headcount, or multi-site oversight).
- Background in learning disability, mental health, complex care or supported living services.
