Registered Manager – Supported Living
Birmingham & Coventry | £45,000–£50,000 DOE | Full Time | Permanent
Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next leadership opportunity within Supported Living?
We're looking for a passionate and driven leader to oversee our established Supported Living services across Birmingham and Coventry, supporting adults with:
- Learning Disabilities
- Autism
- Mental Health needs
- Forensic backgrounds
- Behaviours that Challenge
- Complex Physical Health Needs
- Sex Offender Histories
- Multiple & Complex Needs

We're looking for someone with:
- Previous Supported Living management experience (essential)
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and governance
- Experience leading teams, safeguarding, and quality assurance
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Full UK Driving Licence
