We're looking for a passionate and talented Pastry Chef to join our casual workforce at the Craft Crew agency and create exceptional pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods across our exciting portfolio of venues. If you love producing high-quality products, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in your craft, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods.
- Maintaining excellent standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Contributing creative and seasonal ideas to enhance the product offerings.
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures are followed at all times.
- Supporting kitchen teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role.
- A genuine passion for pastry, baking, and creativity.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and allergen management.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude.
