Duties & Responsibilities
Within this role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Manipulation and precise operation of crane controls
- Ensuring all lifting operations are carried out in a safe manner, adhering to health and safety procedures
- Following approved lifting plans set out by the Approved Person (AP) / Lifting Supervisor
- Conducting regular inspections of the crane and equipment, as well as performing any required maintenance
Qualifications & Training
Essential:
- Blue CPCS - A62 Crawler Crane

- An in-date Safety Critical Medical
Required Experience
Essential experience includes:
- Extensive experience operating Crawler Cranes
- Proven experience working on major tunnelling projects
- In-depth knowledge of civil construction practices, lifting plant, and associated equipment
- Familiarity with maintenance, inspection, thorough examination, and testing requirements for lifting equipment and accessories
