LOCATION: Didcot, Oxfordshire
CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed Term Contract, 18 Months

Job Summary
GRAHAM is currently seeking an experienced Crawler Crane Operator to support our growing operations across major infrastructure and construction projects, based in Didcot Oxfordshire.
This role involves the safe and efficient operation of Crawler Cranes in large-scale civil engineering works. You will play a key role in ensuring work is completed to a high standard while maintaining strict health and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities Include
Operate and control Liebherr LR1160 cranes independently and safely. Assemble, configure, and dismantle cranes on-site. Check planning instructions, lifting plans, certificates, and load charts before work. Inspect cranes and auxiliary equipment before, during, and after operations. Perform daily and preventive maintenance; report irregularities. Complete maintenance checklists and work records accurately. Promote SHEQ standards and continuous improvement on every site. Report to your Line Manager and collaborate with the site team.

Personal Specification
Technical Competencies
Essential
Proven experience operating Liebherr crawler cranes in various ground conditions and working environments. Valid CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) A02 Crawler Crane ticket. Blue Card. Solid understanding of HSE (Health and Safety Executive) guidelines, working at heights, and emergency protocols. Mechanical aptitude, excellent spatial awareness, and strong hand-eye coordination. Driver’s license C or CE. Safety Critical Medical
Desirable
Proven experience operating Liebherr LR1160 crawler cranes. Experience on highways or urban infrastructure projects Driver’s license C or CE.
