Account Director
We are seeking an experienced Account Director on behalf of a leading multichannel marketing services business in Nottinghamshire.
You’ll work closely with and inspire the team, ensuring end-to-end project delivery of marketing, brand, social and internal communication campaigns. You will lead on the strategic development and sales growth for your accounts and have commercial accountability. You’ll be adept at understanding market dilemmas and be able to help our clients overcome them, deliver on their ambitions and bring their brands to market effectively. You’ll be able to evaluate and help shape creative proposals with complete confidence, create opportunities with clients, and explore ways to help grow their and our business.
We are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable and proactive professional who will bring drive and enthusiasm to the role and is great at building relationships. An excellent communicator, you will be flexible and organised, with excellent presentation skills and a high level of commercial acumen.

Key responsibilities:
- Be accountable for overall service delivery and all commercial aspects, within the framework of our client contracts and project work
- Create new client opportunities and explore ways to grow their business and ours, through clear growth strategies
- Ensure the work we deliver for our client is world-class
- Lead and deliver service and business-review meetings with our clients
- Recommend system and process enhancements, focusing on continuous improvement

Essential experience and skills:
- An impressive track record managing multiple accounts
- Excellent presentation skills
- Demonstrable development of existing customer relationships
- Excellent computer skills on Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in a creative agency environment and across a selection of marketing channels
- Proven leadership skills and a real desire to exceed expectations
